These terms govern quotes, orders and use of this site. Placing an order means you accept them,
so please read them before you buy.
Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are based on the specifications you supply — size, material, printing, finish and
quantity. Changing any of these changes the price. - Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Material costs can move, and we will
re-quote rather than absorb a significant change. - Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. There are no separate setup, die or plate
charges.
Artwork and Proofs
- You are responsible for owning or licensing the artwork you send, and for the accuracy of
the content in it, including spelling, barcodes and any regulated wording. - We supply a digital proof before production. Production begins only once you approve it, and
approval means you accept the layout, spelling and colour placement shown. - Printed colour varies slightly from a screen proof. Where exact colour matters, request a
physical sample or supply Pantone references.
Production and Delivery
- Standard turnaround is 6–8 business days from proof approval; rush production may be
available on request. - Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
- Risk passes to you on delivery. Inspect the shipment and report visible damage promptly.
Quantity Tolerance
Custom print runs are subject to a standard industry tolerance of up to 5% over or under the
ordered quantity. You are invoiced for the quantity actually delivered.
Payment
Orders are payable in full before production unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
Payments are processed by third-party providers over encrypted connections.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled without charge before you approve the proof. After approval, materials
and press time are committed and cancellation may not be possible; see the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
You keep all rights in your artwork. The content of this site — text, images, layout and code —
belongs to We Custom Boxes and may not be copied without permission. We may show anonymised
production photographs of work we have produced unless you ask us in writing not to.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for
indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost sales, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States.
