Structural design

We build the dieline around your product rather than fitting you to a stock size, so the box holds the product properly and you are not paying to ship air.

Printing

Offset for long runs where colour consistency matters, digital for short runs and fast turnaround. CMYK as standard, Pantone matching where you need an exact brand colour.

Finishing

Soft-touch and gloss lamination, spot UV, hot foil, embossing and debossing — applied in house so the finish is checked against the same proof you approved.

Die-cutting & assembly

Windows, handles, perforations and auto-lock bases, cut and creased to the approved dieline and glued ready to fold flat.

Inserts & protection

Die-cut card, foam and moulded pulp inserts cut to the product outline, so nothing moves in transit and the unboxing still looks considered.

Quality & despatch

Every run is checked against the approved proof before it is packed flat into protective cartons and shipped free anywhere in the USA.
